02.06.21 A new article from our patent attorneys, Ms. Pavlovych N. and Ms. Nykonenko I., was published at the first issue of the magazine №1, 2021 “Inventor and Innovator”. The theme of the prohibition and the possibilities of using third people's content in the Internet and in everyday life is of interest to more and more of our authors and applicants. What to do if you "borrowed" someone else's text or photo, whether it is possible not to ask the authors and use the content and in which cases, what is plagiarism, what are the prohibitions and what is allowed.
