FULL SEARCH THROUGH TM DATABASES IS POSSIBLE

On April 2, 2020 Ukrpatent announced the start of a new information service testing - providing access to a database of applications for TM, which were submitted to Ukrpatent, but for which the date of their filing has not been established yet. The information in the database of Ukrpatent is updated once a day, therefore, it is possible to obtain information about the required mark at the day after filing the application for registration.
