IP FORUM

The long-awaited IP Forum took place on November 25, 2020 at the comfortable space of INVERIA - a meeting of intellectual property professionals - lawyers, patent attorneys. Despite the fact that most of the speakers, nevertheless, preferred online participation, the forum was an excellent opportunity to discuss the creation of a patent court and dispute resolution through mediation, the possibility of adjusting the amount of fees for registration of IP objects, as well as fines for criminal liability for violation of rights, making the necessary changes to the legislation and other sensitive issues in our industry. We thanks to the organizers of Legal Practice and we hope that we will continue to have excellent opportunities to communicate with colleagues offline at other legal events.
