Practical English Seminar on writing European Patent Applications

On July 1 – 5, 2019 the Seminar on the theory and practice of writing European patent applications was held by WIPO together with NOIP in Kyiv. Over the course of five days, participants raised awareness of writing patent applications, gained new skills, got acquainted with international experience from WIPO speakers, learned the legal requirements for patentability, discussed the rules of writing and filing patent applications and performed practical tasks and exercises.

Head of our agency, Patent Attorney of Ukraine, Pavlovych Nataliya, also had the opportunity to participate in this event and communicate with one of European best patent attorneys, Ralph Atkinson and Diego Vergani, and with qualified Ukrainian specialist Taras Manolov. They willingly shared their knowledge and experience of work with clients and in the preparation of international patent applications, undoubtedly, provide opportunities for growth and entry into European markets for all specialists related to IP.
